Hello and welcome! I’m Marta, the proud owner of this charming B&B, run with love together with my family. We’re also joined by our two adorable dogs: Pongo, the playful blond one, and Wanda, our sweet little dachshund. I’m originally from Sestri Levante, and I’ve spent my whole life working in the wonderful world of tourism and hospitality, mainly as a hotel receptionist. During a study holiday in Scotland, I stayed with a family who ran a bed and breakfast—and that experience truly changed my life. I fell in love with the warmth and personal touch of this kind of hospitality. From that moment on, I dreamed of opening my own B&B. When the right opportunity finally appeared, I didn’t hesitate. I searched for a special location where I could bring my dream to life—and I found it here in beautiful Castiglione Chiavarese. In 2017 we began restoring this old house, once home to tenant farmers. In the 1980s it was lovingly renovated by a man who had moved here during the war, and later it became ours. In 2018, B&B Tre Ponti opened its doors. It’s an “English-style” B&B, where we live on the property and share some of our spaces with guests. We enter through the same door, and you might meet us on the stairs or in the large garden in front—while your private guest rooms are located on a dedicated floor for comfort and privacy. Our name, Tre Ponti (Three Bridges), comes from three enchanting ancient bridges that cross the Petronio River—each within a pleasant walk from the B&B. One leads to the peaceful area of Masso, another to Bracco, and the oldest and most fascinating of them all, Ponte di Sciaccona, leads towards the scenic Bracco Pass. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, a nature escape, or a base for exploring the coast, we can’t wait to welcome you and make you feel right at home.
